Retail Sales Assistant

Supports Regional Managers with operational and performance-related reporting;

Analyses data from multiple sources to identify trends and opportunities;

Maintains and reports retail sales KPI (market share, turnover, understaffing, etc.);

Monitors OPEX and processes monthly operational fees;

Manages SAP purchase requests (PRs) related to retail expenses;

Administers contracts, annexes and supporting retail documentation;

Supports reporting and administration of retail programs, campaigns and initiatives;

Communicates and coordinates activities with external partners.

University Degree in Finance, Economics, Trade or other relevant;

2 years of professional experience in a similar role in Retail/FMCG sector;

Proactive attitude with natural professional curiosity;

Ability to handle financial and quantitative data with precision and confidentiality;

Strong analytical skills with attention to details and high level of accuracy;

Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask in a dynamic environment;

Outspoken personality with excellent communication and collaboration skills;

Excellent knowledge of MS Office;

Good level of written and spoken English.
