We have more than 8 FDA clearances including novel AI algorithms, and we invest heavily in quality clinical research and R&D to build and validate exceptional products for patients we care deeply about.
We’ve built a mission driven, high performing, talented, and diverse team of engineers, physicians, PhD’s, creatives, and technologists. We are committed to investing in each other and our mission to ensure all patients have access to high quality care.
We are headquartered in Emeryville, California and privately-held with world class investors and partners.
At Eko, the ability to listen is the ability to care. We're turning the two-century-old stethoscope into an intelligent platform that gives every clinician — from first responder to specialist — the superpower to hear more, detect earlier, and act with confidence.
As Lead Product Manager, Clinical AI, you'll own the products at the heart of that promise: the FDA-cleared cardio-acoustic AI — heart sound fused with ECG — that detects structural heart disease, heart failure, and AFib, with pulmonary next. You'll set detection strategy across diseases and workflows and turn hard science into products clinicians reach for because they make the exam faster, sharper, and more confident. You'll partner deeply with Data Science, Clinical Affairs, and Regulatory to move new algorithms from research to the point of care. This is a senior, physician-facing role for a builder who obsesses over clinical value and craft, not just “the algorithm.”
- Own the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for your area — and the outcomes it's measured by.
- Live with clinicians and customers; let real workflows, not opinions, drive what you build.
- Turn strategy into a sharp, prioritized backlog and build it shoulder-to-shoulder with Engineering and Design.
- Own the whole lifecycle — discovery to launch to iteration — and sweat the craft so the product is genuinely delightful to use.
- Partner across Data Science/AI, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, navigating FDA-regulated development along the way.
- Set detection strategy across diseases (structural heart, heart failure, AFib, pulmonary) and the clinical workflows around them.
- Partner with Data Science to shape algorithm development, validation, and clinical-grade governance of every output.
- Be Eko's face to KOLs and physicians — build the relationships and evidence that earn clinician trust and adoption.
- Other duties as assigned.
Note: Job duties may change at any time with or without notice.
