Maintenance Technician

We're looking for a Maintenance Technician who enjoys solving problems, working with their hands, and being part of a collaborative team. The ideal candidate is dependable, eager to learn, open to feedback, and committed to helping keep our equipment and facility operating at peak performance.

• →Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and machinery
• →Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime
• →Diagnose issues involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• →Support equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvement projects
• →Help improve equipment reliability, safety, and productivity
• →Assist with building and grounds maintenance as needed
• →Work closely with production and maintenance teams to support daily operations
• →Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that make a real impact

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, or HVAC systems
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Team player who accepts feedback and enjoys working collaboratively
• Continuous improvement mindset

• Regularly lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform physical maintenance tasks throughout the day
