ELEKS Project Management Office is looking for a Senior Project Manager in the United Kingdom, Poland, or Ukraine (Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil).

ABOUT CLIENT

Our client is one of the leading British renewable energy companies specializing in zero-carbon power generation. They own and operate several power plants, focusing on sustainable biomass production, renewable electricity generation, and distribution to businesses. The company manages a diverse portfolio of renewable energy assets, including biomass, hydroelectric, and pumped hydro storage facilities across the UK.

5-6 years of IT project management experience, including in large corporate environments

Proven track record of managing mid- to large-scale and fixed-price projects

Strong understanding of IT systems, project life cycles, and project financials (profitability, revenue, margins, etc.)

Proficiency in Scrum

Experience with SAFe methodology is a strong advantage

Familiarity with PMBOK and Earned Value Management (EVM)

Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with distributed teams and stakeholders

Independent and proactive working style

Experience working with enterprise clients and managing stakeholder communication at different levels

Practical experience with GenAI is a strong advantage

Advanced English

Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders

Develop full-scale project plans and track project tasks/milestones using appropriate tools

Effectively analyze and report on project status

Monitor project budgets (where applicable), ensuring efficient use of the investment

Confidently remediate at risk or underperforming projects in collaboration with project teams

Define project success criteria and communicate success criteria throughout the project life cycle

Conduct lessons learned and produce recommendations for future projects

Set and effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders

Identify and resolve conflicts within a project team

Motivate project resources and empower them to take accountability for their assigned tasks

Close cooperation with a customer
