We are seeking a Soil Analysis Specialist for a full-time, on-site role located in our Laboratory in Dubai. The role involves overseeing daily laboratory operations, supervising team members, and ensuring compliance with quality assurance / control standards, (ISO/IEC 17025:2017). The professional will manage teams involved in water and soil testing and analysis, maintain laboratory equipment, and ensure accurate data recording and reporting to meet service requirements. Collaboration with clients and adherence to best laboratory practices will also be key responsibilities.
The role requires strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of soil testing methodologies, including the ability to defend and interpret laboratory results and conduct accurate assessments based on analytical findings.
This position will be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

~1 min read- Strong supervisory skills, with the ability to manage and guide a team efficiently
- Proficiency in laboratory equipment operation and maintenance
- Experience with, and an understanding of, laboratory processes and LIMS systems
- Expertise in quality control measures and procedures to ensure reliable results
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree, (or higher), in chemistry or soil science, or a related field
- Previous experience, (minimum of 5 years) in soil analysis and / or chemistry laboratory supervision is essential
