English ESL Teacher

We are looking for an English ESL Teacher for a Training school based in Ningbo, Zhejiang province. This is a full-time position starting as soon as possible.

This education center builds strong English proficiency through authentic reading using U.S.-published K–12 textbooks and a vast library of original English books. With several campuses across China, it combines American classroom methods with strategies tailored to Chinese learners, focusing on all four language skills. Job details

• Deliver engaging English ESL lessons to young learners aged 4 to 12, focusing on the development of reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills
• Teach small groups of 5 to 12 students, ensuring personalized attention and active participation
• Conduct 1.5-hour classes in a structured and interactive format designed to enhance language proficiency.
• Work a fixed 40-hour schedule from Wednesday to Sunday, including teaching hours, lesson preparation, and related duties
• Maintain a professional and supportive classroom environment that encourages student growth and confidence in using English

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• TEFL or other teaching certification
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience with young learners
