English Teacher

We are looking for a Grade 6 English Teacher for an international school based in Beijing. This position is available for the upcoming 2026/2027 academic year in August 2026.

About the role

• Teach the subject of English to students in Grade 6 ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
• Develop supportive and safe learning environments

• Bachelor’s degree in your subject area
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working in a bilingual setting preferred
• At least two years as the lead teacher in a classroom
