岗位职责

• 根据学校教学大纲和学生实际情况，制定合理的高考数学教学计划，确保教学质量
• 认真备课，准备教案，按照教学计划完成教学任务
• 关心学生的学习状况，及时了解学生的学习困难，提供必要的辅导和帮助
• 积极参与教研活动，与同事交流教学经验，共同提高教学水平
• 负责学生的平时测验、期中和期末考试等评价工作，对学生的学习状况进行科学评估
• 定期与家长沟通学生的学习情况，反馈学生在校表现，促进家校合作
• 参与学校相关活动, 配合学校完成其他相关工作

We are currently recruiting a key mathematics teacher for an international school in Nanchang. The position is for August 2026.

Job Responsibilities

Based on the school's teaching syllabus and the actual situation of the students, develop a reasonable mathematics teaching plan for the college entrance examination to ensure the quality of education.

Carefully prepare lessons, prepare teaching plans, and complete teaching tasks according to the teaching plan.

Care about the students' learning status, promptly understand their learning difficulties, and provide necessary guidance and assistance.

Actively participate in teaching research activities, exchange teaching experiences with colleagues, and jointly improve teaching levels.

Be responsible for students' regular tests, mid-term and final exams, and other evaluation work, and conduct scientific assessment of students' learning status.

Regularly communicate with parents about students' learning situations, provide feedback on students' performance at school, and promote home-school cooperation.

Participate in school-related activities and cooperate with the school to complete other related tasks.

• 曾执教于省、市内外重点学校的重点班级
• 至少带过两轮及以上高三毕业生并担任过班主任
• 所带学生有考入清华、北大等名校优先考虑，获得省、市级
• 硕士及以上相关学历
• Has taught in key classes of prestigious schools both within and outside the province.
• Has led at least two or more rounds of senior high school graduates and served as the class teacher.
• The students under his/her guidance have a higher chance of being admitted to prestigious universities such as Tsinghua and Peking. Those who have obtained provincial or municipal-level qualifications are preferred.
• Master's degree or above in relevant fields.
