1.        负责升学业务线上线下市场宣传、招生活动策划，挖掘意向学生与家长线索

2.        解读各类升学政策，为学生定制一对一升学、择校、志愿填报规划方案

3.        全程跟进咨询客户，做好学员全周期升学指导服务，维护客户关系

4.        联动教学团队转化线索，提升客户满意度，完成月度招生业绩指标

We are currently recruiting a consulting advisor for a well-known overseas education agency in Shanghai. This position requires a quick onboarding.

Job Description:

1. Be responsible for online and offline marketing of the admission business, planning recruitment activities, and identifying potential students and parents.

2. Interpret various admission policies and customize one-on-one admission, school selection, and college application planning schemes for students.

3. Follow up with all consulting clients throughout the process, provide full-cycle admission guidance services to students, and maintain client relationships.

4. Collaborate with the teaching team to convert leads, improve customer satisfaction, and achieve monthly enrollment performance targets.
