We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Dispatcher to coordinate and manage the transportation of goods by connecting shippers with reliable carriers. The ideal candidate has strong negotiation skills, a solid understanding of logistics operations, and the ability to build long-term relationships with both clients and carriers.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers
Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements
Coordinate freight movement and ensure timely pickup and delivery
Track shipments and resolve any transportation issues or delays
Maintain accurate records of shipments, rates, and communications
Monitor market trends and adjust pricing strategies accordingly
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies
Provide excellent customer service and ongoing account support

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a Dispatcher Freight Broker, Logistics Coordinator, or similar role
Strong negotiation, sales, and communication skills
Knowledge of freight modes (FTL, LTL, intermodal, etc.)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with TMS software and Microsoft Office
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
High school diploma or equivalent; logistics or business education is an asset
