We are seeking an experienced Order Management System Senior Solutions Architect for providing system design, development, integration, and optimization for Salesforce OM software. This role combines technical expertise with business acumen to deliver tailored solutions that meet complex organizational needs

Solution Design and Implementation:

Design and architect Salesforce OM solutions aligned with client business requirements
Lead the implementation of Salesforce OM systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure
Develop and maintain solution architecture documentation
Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical guidance to development teams and junior architects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Troubleshoot complex issues and propose innovative solutions
- Present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Project Management:
  - Oversee multiple Salesforce OM projects simultaneously
  - Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets
  - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  - Continuous Improvement:
    - Stay updated on Salesforce OM software updates and industry best practices
    - Propose and implement process improvements for Salesforce OM projects
    - Contribute to the development of reusable components and templates

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
8+ years of experience with Order Management systems (Salesforce OM a plus)
Strong understanding of order management and inventory processes
Proven track record of successful OM projects
Advanced knowledge of OM architecture and functionality
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong leadership and team management skills
Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
