🧠 What You’ll Do
- Provide individual and/or family therapy using evidence-based and creative interventions
- Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and community partners
- Maintain approximately 25 client hours per week for full-time status
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and case consultations

🧩 What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW)
- Active clinical license or on the path to licensure (supervision available as capacity allows)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Comfort working with diverse populations
- Familiarity with EHR systems (Valant experience a plus!)
- A genuine passion for helping people heal and thrive
