• Understanding of EHS, OSHA’s regulations, and Forging specifications.
• Proven application of leading manufacturing methods, Lean, Six Sigma, TOC, SMED, Kaizen, etc.
• Draft and revise quality and production procedures to ensure compliance to customer requirements.
• Manage multiple production teams, totaling up to 50+ individuals
• Ensure routine inspection and preventive maintenance are performed on assigned equipment and defects or needed repairs are reported to manager.
• Ensure equipment and work area are properly maintained and cleaned.
• Properly follow company and OSHA safety procedures.
• Follow daily Procedures and Protocols as set forth in job orientations and trainings.
