Product Manager - AI Agents

Eltropy is seeking an execution-focused Sr. Product Manager - AI Agents  to drive the success of our AI product lines. This role will be integral in ensuring scalability within the AI product management function, maintaining execution velocity, and strengthening leadership across AI initiatives.

• →Own the execution and delivery of one or more AI product lines, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, analytics, marketing) to drive AI product development from concept to launch.
• →Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks associated with product management turnover and ensure seamless customer commitments.
• →Optimize AI product workflows, balancing automation and manual processes for maximum efficiency.
• →Drive data-informed decision-making using AI-driven analytics and insights.
• →Work closely with leadership to align AI product strategies with broader business objectives.
• →Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding AI product roadmaps, challenges, and opportunities.

• 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML product management, with a proven track record of leading AI-driven products.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, data science workflows, and analytics-driven decision-making.
• Experience in designing and wireframing AI interfaces.
• Ability to manage multiple AI product lines, focusing on execution and scalability.
• Experience working with global teams, particularly in a remote or hybrid setting.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience collaborating with design teams to create intuitive AI product interfaces.

• Experience working with AI-powered SaaS products.
• Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma).
• Experience leading AI product teams and developing contingency strategies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and AI/ML tools.
• Experience in UI/UX design for AI-driven products.
