Fabrication Supervisor

Job Summary

The Fabrication Supervisor is responsible for leading daily operations to ensure safe working practices, high-quality output, on-time delivery, cost-efficient performance, and strong team engagement. The role oversees shopfloor activities, maintains high standards of housekeeping and documentation, drives a Right First-Time culture, supports labour and production planning, and develops team capability through effective communication, training, and leadership. The Supervisor plays a key role in promoting continuous improvement and ensuring the department meets SQDCP expectations.
