In this role, you will assist customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and service quality. Your communication skills and problem-solving abilities will play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and/or phone in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies

  • Assist customers with basic troubleshooting, order inquiries, and account support

  • Document customer interactions and update records accurately

Requirements
