- Bias for improvement: constantly looking for smarter, scalable ways to improve support systems and processes
- AI tools experience: strong technical understanding and comfort with AI tools such as Emergent
- Technical curiosity: comfortable with modern SaaS tools, APIs, and debugging workflows at a basic level
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred. Other degrees are welcome if you can demonstrate strong technical aptitude, curiosity, and excellent communication skills
