Engineering Manager

• →Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers through coaching, feedback, and career development
• →Drive high-quality, on-time delivery of product features and platform improvements
• →Own technical execution, system design, and architectural decisions for your team's domain
• →Partner closely with Product, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders to define and execute roadmaps
• →Build a strong culture of ownership, code quality, and operational excellence
• →Hire and onboard top engineering talent as the team scales
• →Improve engineering processes, tooling, and best practices to support rapid growth
• →Ensure teams take ownership from design through production, monitoring, and iteration

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 1 to 3+ years of experience leading or managing engineering teams
• Strong computer science fundamentals and system design skills
• Experience building and operating production systems at scale using modern backend technologies (Python, Java, Kotlin, Go, or similar)
• Proven ability to own projects end-to-end and deliver with high quality
• Excellent communication skills and a strong product mindset

• Experience in high-growth startups or engineering-first organizations
• Exposure to frontend or full-stack development
• Experience working on developer platforms, SaaS products, or AI-driven systems
• Prior ownership of highly available, customer-facing systems
