  • Oversee maintenance and repairs of office infrastructure, ensuring all systems function smoothly and issues are resolved proactively.
  • Act as the main point of contact for our landlord, contractors, and vendors, managing relationships and ensuring service excellence.
  • Manage cleaning operations and train the onsite team to uphold hygiene, organization, and presentation standards across all areas.
  • Implement and maintain health & safety protocols, conducting regular risk assessments, emergency drills, and compliance checks.
  • Ensure full regulatory compliance with local building, environmental, and workplace laws.
  • Support and coordinate renovation or office improvement projects, aligning timelines, budgets, and internal stakeholder expectations.
  • Coordinate pantry supplies and office purchases, maintaining inventory accuracy, supplier relations, and cost efficiency.
  • Manage occupational health services, including mandatory check-ups and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Partner with the Employee Experience team to continuously improve workplace comfort, safety, and employee satisfaction. 
  • You have several years of experience in facilities, workplace, or office management within a fast-paced, international environment.
  • You’re highly organized, structured, and solution-oriented, you don’t just flag problems, you fix them.
  • You’re confident managing vendors, landlords, and external partners, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • You’re comfortable handling contracts and coordinating with legal or procurement teams when needed.
  • You care deeply about creating a positive, safe, and engaging work environment for employees.
  • You’re hands-on and not afraid to get involved in the details, from daily operations to larger improvement projects.
  • You have good knowledge of workplace health & safety regulations and building compliance in Germany.
  • You speak fluent German and English and enjoy working with a diverse, multicultural team.
  • A stable and structured environment with clear ownership, where you will run an international workplace.
  • 25 vacations days per year, with 1 extra day per year worked (until a limit of 30 days per year).
