  • Own the regional portfolio strategy across APAC, defining where to play and how to win across positioning, product opportunities, pricing, promotions, and distribution channels
  • Translate consumer, market, and business insights into clear product strategies and actionable product briefs
  • Partner with global R&D teams to initiate new product development, including defining target consumers, business cases, and key product specifications
  • Define product marketing direction by guiding core messaging, claims, and asset requirements in collaboration with marketing teams
  • Lead end-to-end regional product launches, from ideation and consumer validation through to market rollout
  • Drive consumer and product research initiatives to continuously refine product, pricing, and positioning strategies
  • Own portfolio lifecycle management across the region, including product launches, upgrades, and phase-outs
  • Lead high-impact strategic projects to improve category performance, including P&L, product ratings, and portfolio efficiency
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
  • 7+ years' of experience in product management, portfolio strategy, consumer insighting or category leadership
  • Proven expertise in 4P strategy development and execution
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen with ability to interpret consumer insights and market trends
  • Demonstrated success in stakeholder management: leading cross-functional and regional projects and product launches
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, segmentation, and positioning
  • Results-driven, innovative, and highly organized
