Ready to lead, disrupt and reinvent the sleep industry?

We are Emma – The Sleep Company. Founded in 2015, we have grown into the world’s largest direct-to-consumer (D2C) sleep brand, with a presence in over 35 markets and more than 15 retail stores across Europe.

Our mission is simple: to develop sleep comfort products that empower our customers to awaken their best every day. Today, our products are trusted by millions and recommended by leading consumer associations worldwide.

It’s our people who bring this mission to life. At Emma, you’ll join a driven, international team that values ownership, collaboration, and continuous knowledge sharing. With colleagues from over 70 nationalities, we combine diverse perspectives with a shared ambition to learn, grow, and create lasting impact, together.

  • Own the full recruiting cycle: from intake meeting to contract signature — ensuring every hire reflects Emma's standards for quality, speed, and candidate experience.
  • Source with intent: Go beyond LinkedIn. Build and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies — Boolean search, talent mapping, community building, referral networks, and unconventional outreach — to find candidates who aren't actively looking but are exactly right.
  • Be a strategic partner to the business: Work closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to deeply understand their hiring needs, challenge where needed, and deliver data-driven recommendations that move decisions forward.
  • Manage multiple complex pipelines: at once, tracking funnel conversion rates, time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, and other key recruitment KPIs — proactively flagging risks and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Drive continuous improvement: Identify and implement process improvements that increase hiring efficiency, raise the quality of our pipeline, and enhance the candidate experience end to end.
  • Champion employer branding: Represent Emma in the talent market with credibility and conviction — through how you communicate, how you run interviews, and how you position the Emma opportunity.
  • Own market intelligence. Bring competitive hiring insights, talent availability data, and compensation benchmarks to the table — not just when asked, but proactively.
  • Work with our ATS (Lever Hire) to maintain clean data hygiene, generate meaningful reports, and ensure our process is trackable and scalable.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally gained in a high-growth startup or scaleup environment where speed and quality were both non-negotiable.
  • Demonstrated expertise across all stages of the recruiting funnel — sourcing, screening, structured interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing.
  • A proven track record of building and executing innovative sourcing strategies that surface passive talent, not just active applicants.
  • Strong data literacy — you understand your own metrics, can build a pipeline report, and use data to diagnose problems and influence stakeholders, not just describe them.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills. You're comfortable challenging a VP on their interview process if it's slowing things down — and doing it in a way that keeps the relationship intact.
  • Outstanding communication and candidate management skills. You know that a great candidate experience isn't a nice-to-have — it directly affects offer acceptance and Emma's reputation in the market.
  • A high level of organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple roles and geographies without dropping the ball.
  • Experience working with Lever Hire or a comparable enterprise ATS.
  • A degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field — or equivalent demonstrated experience.
  • 24 days holidays / year +1 day/year at Emma (máx. 29 days);
  • Discounts on our top-notch products;
  • Health insurance including dentist;
  • The opportunity to collaborate with multinational teams;
  • Exciting events that aren't just team-building exercises but opportunities to create epic memories;
  • All the tools you need to grow and ownership from the beginning.
