People Operations Specialist

About the Role
~1 min readAs a People Operations Specialist, you are a key owner of operational excellence within the People function at Enfuce. You take ownership of core People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle and ensure they run smoothly, accurately and consistently across our international setup.
You will work closely with the wider People Team to strengthen our operational foundation, improve ways of working, and create scalable processes that support both employees and managers.
This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on and delivery-oriented, but also confident enough to take ownership, challenge existing ways of working, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment and is excited about using systems, data and technology to make People Operations more efficient and scalable.

Experience with Personio or similar HR systems

Exposure to multi-country payroll and benefits, especially Finland, UK and Germany
