Electrician I, Shop

Engine Systems, Inc. is hiring a Shop Electrician I in our Rocky Mount, NC facility. 27804

• →Assembly of control panels and associated components:
• →Layout and mount various electrical and mechanical components
• →Panel wiring in accordance with provided drawings
• →Perform functional testing in accordance with established procedures
• →Fabrication of various in-house designed sheet metal components
• →Bending and forming of rigid conduit and various tubing materials
• →Perform special testing as required
• →Perform troubleshooting of electrical control systems
• →Other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or Associates Degree in Electrical / Electronics preferred, but not required.
• Electrical AC/DC theory.
• Must be able to read and understand electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and layout drawings.                       
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and control systems a plus.
• Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint preferred, but not required
• Self-motivated and multi-task oriented with good organizational skills
