To strengthen our service team, we are looking for someone for the position of

• →national Service & Support on-site for NIR- and MIR systems as well as other technologies
• →Installation, repair, maintenance, upgrades, system diagnoses, relocation support
• →Process-Integration of analytical instruments
• →Network integration of analytical systems with dedicated software solutions
• →Familiarization of users with instruments and applications
• →If needed: support the remote-solution center
• →On request: support of in-house repairs
• →If needed: support with Service relevant document generation
• →Frequent travel and overnight stays are required

• Degree in electronics/electric/mechatronic or comparable experiences
• Solid technical knowledge in electronics, mechanics, ideally in optics as well
• Proven track record in NIR- / MIR as well as remote diagnoses is a clear plus
• Field Service experience
• Fluent in German, solid English in speech and writing

• Customer centralized acting, thinking in solutions, accepting responsibilities and team spirit
• Can-do-attitude!
• Solid knowledge with all modern PC and network standards
• Self-responsible working and time management combined with flexibility
• Willingness to travel several days per week
