General QA Engineer (gambling)

We are seeking a talented Senior General QA Engineer to join our dynamic team.

• Strong knowledge of QA theory and Agile methodologies

• Skilled in manual, functional, and regression testing

• Practical experience in writing test documentation

• Understanding of client/server architecture testing

• Proficient in API testing using Postman and comfortable working with REST APIs

• Must have experience with databases and backend testing

• Experience working with logging and monitoring tools such as Grafana

• Experience writing UI test automation with Cypress (JavaScript/TypeScript)

• Experience writing API test automation (REST, request/response handling, schema validation)

• Experience working with Jenkins: configuring and running jobs, working with pipelines (CI/CD for test automation)

• Hands-on experience with web technologies (HTML5/CSS)

• Proficient in using Confluence, JIRA, and TestRail

• Capable of managing products from testing through to release

• Able to follow established workflows and procedures

• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to see the bigger picture

• A team player with strong communication skills across departments to ensure product quality

• End-to-end testing of platform backend, back office, and microservices as a QA Generalist

• Requirements analysis, effort estimation, and test planning

• Creating and maintaining comprehensive test cases and checklists

• Defect management (bug tracking, root cause analysis, and verification)

• Ensuring compliance with technical and functional requirements

• Release participation and release candidate validation

• Executing automated tests, analyzing results, and providing feedback for test coverage updates
