Product Manager - NetCredit (Hybrid)

As a Product Manager, you will directly support NetCredit and collaborate with different departments and external partners to shape the future of our near-prime, consumer lending business. You'll also work closely with stakeholders to help define features and tradeoffs in order to create a competitive advantage for Enova. As you develop business cases and implement solutions, you will make a direct impact on our business and hardworking customers. 

• →Drive product roadmaps through the collection of internal and external customer feedback
• →Coordinate with various departments to define requirements and prioritize the backlog.
• →Construct business cases and collaborate with stakeholders to secure buy-in. Work with Engineering to estimate size, elaborate on scope and requirements, clarify detailed design, and obtain sign-off on developed features before launch.
• →Effectively advocate for your product area and communicate its value throughout the organization.
• →Communicate key milestones, project updates, scope changes, and critical metrics to stakeholders and external partners on an ongoing basis.
• →Use database queries to troubleshoot data quality and analyze performance indicators, evaluate experiments, etc.
• →Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance.

• 2+ years of product management experience
• Technical skills including knowledge of relational databases and using SQL to work with large data sets
• Experience collaborating with agile teams and managing project milestones.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
• Experience driving multiple projects through a full lifecycle.
• Demonstrated commitment to customer-centric solutions.
