Summary: Field Service Engineer responsible for delivering maintenance and technical support for reverse vending machines (RVMs) across the Euregio and Eastern Netherlands. Focused on ensuring high service quality, coordinating with subcontractors, supporting customers, and contributing to continuous operational improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Take overall responsibility for Envipco's service delivery in your region. Manage priorities and workload, set objectives, and conduct performance evaluations.

  • Ensure the maintenance of reverse vending machines (RVMs) and work closely with subcontractors to guarantee compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Manage day-to-day operational activities in accordance with agreed service commitments.

  • Assess contract and project risks, identify potential issues, and implement mitigation measures.

  • Provide consolidated management reports to customers on the services delivered.

  • Plan and supervise the execution of quality assessments.

  • Play a key role in generating additional sales opportunities in collaboration with the Business Development team.

  • Build and lead a team of field service technicians in the future.

  • Gather direct customer feedback to support future improvements and enhancements to our machines.

  • Stay up to date with new product developments to ensure the highest level of service is consistently delivered.

  • At least 3 years of experience as a technician (mechanical and electrical).

  • Demonstrated potential to develop and lead field service teams.

  • A proactive problem solver who remains calm under pressure and is driven by customer satisfaction.

  • Practical knowledge of customer service and project management.

  • Experience with establishing and monitoring KPIs, both internally and externally.

  • Clear communicator with a focused, patient, and professional approach.

  • Fluent in English. Dutch is a plus.

  • Valid driver license.
