International Finance Pricing Manager

Envoy Global is seeking an experienced International Finance Pricing Manager to refine, scale, and execute our global pricing strategy with a strong emphasis on international operations. This role begins as an independent contributor and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment and enjoys owning complex pricing systems, leading multi‑department initiatives, and driving operational excellence.

You will take full ownership of our international pricing catalogue, oversee system administration, manage large‑scale pricing projects, and partner closely with teams across Sales, Operations, and Finance. Your work will directly influence how we price, position, and deliver our services across global markets.

• Own and maintain the global pricing catalogue, including system administration across all fee types and currencies.
• Serve as a primary partner to Sales and Operations teams, supporting pricing inquiries, client fee sheets, and RFP responses.
• Lead and manage international pricing implementation projects, collaborating across multiple departments.
• Operate as the project manager for ad hoc pricing initiatives and strategic pricing adjustments.
• Evaluate and enhance current SOPs to reduce redundancy, streamline workflows, and support scalable growth.
• Contribute to the refinement and execution of Envoy’s international pricing strategy.

• Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and numerical reasoning skills.
• Proven ability to build strong cross‑functional relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across time zones.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and strong command of the full MS Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated proactive problem‑solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
• 5+ years of international pricing experience within a corporate environment.
• Experience in the immigration or global mobility industry is a plus.
• Experience with Power BI and BillingPlatform is advantageous.
• Track record of improving processes, driving efficiency, and supporting scalable operations.
• Demonstrated success working effectively with cross‑functional teams in a global setting.
