We’re looking for upbeat, team-oriented Grille Servers to join our fast-paced Poolside Grille. This is a high-volume environment where attitude, hustle, and great guest interaction matter just as much as experience.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Greet guests quickly and create a welcoming, fun atmosphere
- →Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS
- →Deliver food and beverages efficiently and professionally
- →Provide timely check service and handle payments
- →Stay busy - complete side work, stocking, cleaning, and support teammates
- →Help bus and reset tables as needed (team-first mindset is key)
- →Follow all safety, sanitation, and service standards
- →Assist with opening/closing duties and daily operations
- →Money handling experience a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Previous serving experience preferred (but not required)
- Comfortable being on your feet for long periods (up to 8 hours at a time)
- Basic certifications (TIPS, CPR/First Aid) are a plus
