• →Accurately process transactions through the point-of-sale system.
• →Maintain attractive product displays and merchandising standards.
• →Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment and inventory counts.
• →Ensure the boutique remains clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
• →Support promotional events, seasonal merchandising initiatives, and retail sales goals.
• →Collaborate with spa, guest services, and resort teams to enhance the overall guest experience.
• →Follow all cash handling, security, and operational procedures.
• →Stay informed about new products, trends, and resort offerings.

• Previous retail, hospitality, spa, or luxury service experience preferred.
• Passion for wellness, beauty, lifestyle, or luxury products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury resort environment.
• Ability to build rapport and create meaningful guest interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer and point-of-sale system experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to work one weekend day and holidays, we are open everyday.
