As a Growth & Planning Project Manager – Operations, you will lead operational initiatives that support the expansion, efficiency, and overall performance of the EōS Fitness portfolio. Reporting to the Chief of Staff within the Growth & Planning team, you will also work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and the VP, Business Operations to ensure cross-functional operational projects are executed with clarity, consistency, and alignment to organizational priorities. This role partners cross functionally across Growth & Planning, Operations, Sales, Group Fitness, Facilities, Marketing, and Field Leadership to drive execution and operational readiness for key initiatives.

Responsibilities

→Ability to work in a gym environment, move throughout club floors, and communicate with employees, members, and vendors.
→Ability to operate company computer systems, prepare documents, and manage digital workflows.
→Ability to bend routinely and lift more than 40 lbs.
