Java Software Engineer (Senior)

• Develop and maintain clean, scalable, and reliable Java backend services
• Optimize system performance, reliability, and development workflows
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and leverage AI tools and automation to improve team productivity
• Define and promote AI usage standards and best practices across the engineering team
• Establish validation practices for AI-generated code to ensure quality and maintainability
• Build reusable AI playbooks, templates, and toolkits to scale effective practices across the team
• Develop and maintain unit tests and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to design and deliver new features
• Contribute to the evolution of microservices architecture, focusing on scalability, reliability, and maintainability
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, sharing technical knowledge and best practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Development, or related fields
• At least 6 years of experience in Java Backend and Spring frameworks (Spring Boot, JUnit, etc)
• Solid experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-based application development
• Experience with AI-assisted development, workflow automation, or AI tools is a must
• Good knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM
• Strong understanding of OOP, data structures, design patterns, concurrency, and problem-solving
• Understanding of SDLC and software engineering best practices
• Good/Fluent English communication is mandatory
• Proactive, open-minded, and willing to challenge existing ways of working and drive continuous improvement
