What We Offer

✓Manage end-to-end monthly payroll in coordination with payroll vendors and Finance.

✓Administer compensation, benefits, insurance, social insurance (SI), PIT, and statutory compliance.

✓Support salary benchmarking, annual salary reviews, promotions, and compensation analysis.

✓Manage employee lifecycle administration including contracts, probation, confirmations, transfers, and offboarding.

✓Ensure HR policies and C&B practices comply with Vietnam labor laws and company guidelines.

✓Prepare HR reports, headcount, labor costs, and people analytics for management.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate with external vendors for payroll, insurance, work permits, and labor compliance.
Support HR audits and ensure operational excellence across HR processes.
Drive continuous improvement of HR systems, SOPs, and HR operational workflows.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience specifically in Compensation & Benefits, with strong experience in payroll and statutory C&B operations.
Strong knowledge of compensation frameworks, salary structures, benchmarking, and C&B practices.
Good/Fluent English communication is mandatory.
Experience thriving in fast-paced or scaling environments (technology sector preferred).
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
A strategic thinker with strong execution capability; hands-on, adaptable, and commercially driven.
