HVAC Mechanic

Location:

We are hiring a HVAC Mechanic to support our gated retirement community. The HVAC Mechanic is responsible for the overall maintenance of the heating and cooling systems of the community. This position may require State licensing/certification.

• Performing light maintenance of all heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Responding to emergency calls for system and equipment failure.
• Inspecting, monitoring, and evaluating efficiency and safety of systems to ensure trouble-free operation.

• →One to three years experience in HVAC maintenance.
• →Ability to implement all plans formulated by Engineering/Maintenance Manager.
• →Must have the ability to adjust to new industry techniques and become familiar with new equipment as required.
• →Must be able to effectively communicate and work with residents and staff

Compensation: $28-$33.50/hour
