Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation and job descriptions. Contributes to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.
Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month
BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing
Preferred Critical Care and ER experience
FTE: 36 hours per week (paid for 40 hours)
Shift: 12 hour shift; Day/Night rotation
Day Shift: 7:00AM - 7:30PM
Overnight Shift: 7:00PM - 7:30AM
Works Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (Baylor Position)
