The Associate Brand Manager is a vital operational and strategic partner who handles the day-to-day management of a large, high-value brand. This specialized role requires deep expertise and strategic execution, as your full ownership is focused on specific channels or high-priority tasks. This allows the Brand Manager to focus on the overall brand vision, while you serve as a key pillar in the brand's daily success by ensuring flawless execution.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Operational Ownership: Takes full ownership of a specific channel or high-priority tasks, such as managing complex PPC campaigns, overseeing major product launches, or coordinating with supply-chain on a large scale.
- →Data-Driven Execution: Performs advanced analysis on product-level data (revenue, margin, keyword rank, etc.) to investigate performance trends. You will be instrumental in articulating data-driven action plans and implementing them to improve brand performance.
- →Support for Strategic Initiatives: Serves as the primary implementer for brand-level and product-level strategies. Coordinates with internal teams (Creative, SEO, etc.) to execute projects that align with the brand's goals.
- →Reporting: Produces and maintains daily and weekly performance reports, providing timely updates to the Brand Manager on all key metrics.
- →Product Launch Management: This includes developing comprehensive launch strategies, coordinating the execution of campaigns with cross-functional teams, and analyzing performance to inform future product decisions. You are responsible for ensuring all new products are introduced effectively and positioned for long-term success.
- 3-5 years of e-commerce experience, with proven strategic and P&L management skills.
- Advanced Excel & Google Sheets proficiency for complex financial and operational analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills and a demonstrated expertise in managing and optimizing a brand's P&L.
- Deep knowledge of PPC and Amazon performance marketing.
- High proficiency in data analysis using tools like Snowflake and Tableau.
- Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of e-commerce operations.

A practical, take-home exercise designed to give you an opportunity to showcase your strategy, technical capabilities, and problem-solving skills in a real-world scenario.
You will meet first with the Hiring Manager, followed by the Head of Department. During these sessions, we will review your case study presentation, evaluate your blend of hard and soft skills, and discuss how you would collaborate with the wider team.
A final conversation with members of our leadership team to align on high-level strategy, business impact, and long-term vision.
