Billing Senior Analyst.Revenue Management & Broadband

Responsible to set effective controls for Third party revenue streams and prevent any negative
impact on the profits. Also Assure that all out payments calculated correctly. In addition to that
Settlement Assurance Sr. Analyst responsible for postpaid payments assurance

Validate/reconcile and approve vendors' invoices to ensure that out-payments are calculated
correctly with no overcharging from vendors' side.
Ensure loyalty points debits in line with delivery of benefits
Post-paid payment environment assurance in terms of "customers cash flows and ETISALAT
MISR bank account balance Vs. payment channels transactions with compliance to system
configurations and applied business rules".
Receivables management "bad debt-write off".
Support internal and external customers and maintain their satisfaction by providing adequate
feedback and responses in a timely manner
Monitor usage and invoices generated for all wholesale aggregators for Bulk SMS, business SMS
and mobile advertising
Assure that all invoices are generated
Create new solutions or enhance existing ones to support new revenue streams or setting new
controls and audit methodology

Bachelor's degree .
Excellent computer skills specially MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
Very Good command of English language.
