IN Administration Senior System Specialist.Revenue Management & Broadband

To ensure the company meets the short, medium and long term business plans by following up and ensuring proper execution of major Etisalat projects in timely manner. Ensure smooth execution of regular team daily activities.

1- Product design, implementation and optimization on different IN nodes (such as SDP, AIR...) 2- Design & implementation of the charging logic of any new service integrated with IN system. 3- Evaluation & acceptance of all new features of IN system. 4- Third line of support for customer complaints. 5- International roaming implementation. 6- Short codes administration. 7- Technical documentation for all commercial products implemented on IN system.Customer Centricity : Creates a positive internal customer experience during internal customer journeys and touch points Innovation: Continuously learn new trends in the market and propose new ideas, approaches and insights Operational Excellence : Takes responsibility—Accepts responsibility for outcomes of one’s work; with focus on accurate high quality operations daily routine, processes and workflows.  University Degree in Electrical Engineering / Telecommunication Engineering / Computer Science / Computer Engineering  Minimum 3-4 years experience.  Area of experience:- - Advanced knowledge about communications concepts (Transmission, Signaling protocols specially SS7 protocol,…etc ) - Advanced knowledge about Intelligent Networks and Core Networks - Advanced knowledge about software programming languages (such as java / C++) - Advanced knowledge about Networks (IP networks, GSM Networks, ..) - Advanced Project Management skills
