Online payment & mCommerce Senior Specialist.Revenue Management & Broadband

To contribute to the development of new online, mCommerce and mobile payment technologies
and to work with marketing, operation and support teams to enhance the customer experience,
solution security and to empower Etisalat with the up to-date payment technologies and
functionality.

Develop new product impact analysis documents
Develop new solution and support the testing and UAT activities
Create regular reports for service growth
Introduce new technologies, products and ideas to the market
Enhance the service integration interfaces and solution security

- Gather technical requirements from our business users
- Analyze the business requirements and transform it to technical analysis document with
clear development tasks to all the impacted systems
- Characterize issues reported, and providing timely solutions
- Provide second line support to business users
- Manage critical payment upgrade products, projects and systems from the RFP issuance
till the production announcement
- Resourceful and able to start on project work with ambiguous and incomplete information
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong understanding of technology, particularly as related to mobile telecommunications
networks, financial networks and financial services, and hardware

University Degree in the area of Information Technology or Telecommunication
- Excellent Computer skills.
- Very Good in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral).

Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in telecom. High analytical skills.

- Experience working with Tomcat and/or Weblogic servers, Eclipse IDE, Subversion and
Oracle DB.
