Safety & Security Specialist.HSSE & Insurance

• To ensure safety & security's policies and procedures are being delivered to all employees and applied efficiently within the company.

• Issue access cards for new hires and ensure receiving them from the resigned staff
• Ensure security services are being delivered to all Etisalat Misr's locations
• Supervise security services delivered by the outsourcing company to evaluate the vendor and take preventive action for any problems
• Monitor and handle daily operations for security staff such as attendance, outfit and team work initiatives to ensure the adherence  Etisalat policies and procedures
• Align with the concerned stakeholders within the company to be updated with the new locations that need security services
• Evaluate new locations to provide them with full security & safety systems
• Respond for special or immediate requests such as increasing security staff at certain points or for certain events
• Monitor and supervise security automated system trying to create solutions and suggestions for enhancing the service level
• Acknowledge the techniques of all the automated applicable system and coach the new staff within the team accordingly
• Ensure that the automated reporting system is operating effectively to deliver the required periodical reports on daily, weekly or monthly basis
• Ensure providing all staff with the required access level as per position and work needs
• Evaluate incidents, accidents and take preventive solutions to ensure non reoccurrence for such cases
• Act as a technical member for evaluating brands and specifications of the security and safety systems recommended in new locations such as CCTV system, Security gates & Fire system
• Analyze security services in all Etisalat locations and assure setting up preventive solutions for any problems with a continuous effect.
• Control and monitor CCTV system professionally and keep a full record as a reference for investigation either internally or externally
• Supervise and monitor fire alarming system and take preventive actions for any claimed snags.
• Analyze all jobs within the company to define their safety needs and act accordingly
• Ensure setting up an evacuation system for all Etisalat locations either commercial or admin points to be adhered by all staff in case of emergency and organize a practical simulation for all employees for such system.
• Act as a focal point with all government authorities for issuing any required documents and solve any problem related to the company or directing it for the concerned area
• Maintain a complete & updated reporting system for injury, health feedbacks & fatal diseases cases for inspection from the labor office

• University Degree in Business Administration / military degree
• Very Good Computer skills, Advanced MS excel is required
• Very Good in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral)

• Safety & Security background experience preferably in a multinational or Telecom company.

• Minimum 4 to 6years Experience
