Our published clinical research shows that our combined clinical and behavioural approach helps patients lose significantly more weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.

We’re hiring a Head of Growth to scale one of Eucalyptus’ fastest-growing brands in Japan.

This role owns end-to-end growth, from brand and creative through performance, lifecycle, and retention, with full accountability for outcomes.

• Own full-funnel growth (brand, performance, CRM, lifecycle, creative)

• Lead and scale a local team of 2–5

• Manage an eight-figure USD annual budget

• Scale the business from ~1,000 to 50,000 patients per month by 2026

• Partner closely with Product, Operations, and Clinical teams

• Report directly to the General Manager, Japan, with support from global growth leaders

• Set and execute the growth strategy for Japan across channels

• Own capital allocation and optimise CAC at scale

• Build culturally resonant, trusted messaging for Japanese consumers

• Lead creative direction in a conservative, regulated category

• Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing local team

• Use data and experimentation to drive sustained growth

• 10+ years in growth, performance marketing, or D2C (agency or in-house)

• Deep understanding of Japanese consumer behaviour

• Proven experience scaling growth in high-growth environments

• Strong people leadership and coaching capability

• Commercially and analytically rigorous

• Confident directing creative that stands out responsibly

• Fluent Japanese required; English a strong plus

Obesity in Japan is often overlooked. Although the country is seen as a “slim nation,” the WHO recognises obesity for Asian populations from a BMI of 25 due to higher health risks at lower thresholds. Around 20% of adults receive obesity indicators during annual check-ups, yet many don’t get access to ongoing, supportive care.
