Director, Data Warehouse & Analytics

• →Develop and execute the organization's data warehouse strategy to support enterprise reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives.
• →Provide strategic leadership for data management, reporting, and analytics initiatives that align with organizational objectives.
• →Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of data warehouse architecture, ensuring data integrity, scalability, security, and performance.
• →Partner with business leaders and functional teams to translate reporting requirements into scalable data solutions and actionable insights.
• →Oversee the development and maintenance of enterprise reporting frameworks, dashboards, and self-service analytics capabilities.
• →Establish data governance standards, data quality controls, and reporting best practices to ensure consistent and reliable business metrics.
• →Manage the integration of data from multiple source systems into enterprise data warehouses and reporting platforms.
• →Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes through automation, advanced analytics, and emerging data technologies.
• →Collaborate with IT, Finance, HR, Operations, and other stakeholders to develop meaningful KPIs, reporting solutions, and performance measurement strategies.
• →Monitor data warehouse utilization, reporting effectiveness, and user adoption to support informed business decision-making.

• 5 years of experience leading technical teams in support of data warehouse solutions
• Expertise in data analytics and reporting

• 7+ years of experience leading enterprise data warehouse solutions
• Advanced knowledge and experience with ETL processes
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platform
• Prior experience with MDM solutions and Data Quality tools

• University (Degree) Preferred
