→Promotes the organization’s banking financial services suitable for the client based on profiling, identifying client’s needs, and partnering with specialists throughout the enterprise.
→Understands client’s needs and assists them with a full range of expanded financial services to include banking, small business, commercial banking, treasury management, and lending.
→Participates as a team member with responsibility for achieving individual goals and objectives to successfully meet financial center business plan.
→Consistently meets/exceeds customer experience and individual/team production goals and enhances year-over-year revenue growth.
→Partners with all lines of business including commercial, and multifamily lending groups.
→Executes the bank's risk culture and strives for operational excellence.
→Adheres to established policies and procedures while opening/servicing the full range of Retail products.
→Exceeds client expectations by taking ownership and accountability of the client and making the client’s needs a priority.
→Provides support to financial center managers or relationship managers as important client service team member and serves as an advisor to the client’s ongoing financial needs.

3+ years of retail banking experience with strong relationship management skills.
Proven sales success in building client relationships, identifying needs, driving growth, and delivering consultative financial solutions.
Experience handling cash, balancing drawers accurately, and following loss-prevention procedures.
Experience opening new accounts and supporting small business clients with personalized service.
Strong customer service, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate professionally in both languages.
