• →Provide personalized physical therapy evaluations and treatment plans for residents
• →Help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall wellness
• →Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team including nursing, wellness, and activities staff
• →Educate residents and families on exercises and injury prevention
• →Supervise two Physical Therapy Assistants

• Licensed Physical Therapist
