Unit Clerk

Evergreen is seeking a Unit Clerk to join the team in its Skilled Nursing Facility!

This position is 40 hours a week Monday-Friday. No weekends or holidays required. Hours are 8:00am-4:30pm Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and 9:30am-6:00pm Monday and Wednesday.

• →Be a resource to residents, families, and visitors
• →Respect and maintain confidentiality
• →Chart pertinent information in resident medical record
• →Perform various clerical tasks for assigned unit
• →Make resident appointments, schedule labs and follow up and check for lab reports
• →Arrange for resident transportation
• →Respond promptly to communications and follow through in a timely manner
• →Scan, file and keep up medical record room

• Strong organization skills
• Experience with Medical Terminology
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, faxing and phone skills
• Willing to help where needed
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
