Copywriter (Freelance)

• Write conversion-focused performance marketing copy across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest
• Write outbound and email marketing copy across a range of business needs
• Develop subject lines and preheaders that are clear, compelling, and optimized for the message
• Write promotional copy across email, site, paid media, and other customer-facing channels
• Write and refine PDP copy, including product naming, one-liners, and product descriptions
• Develop multiple copy options and different approaches to an idea when needed
• Quickly adapt copy based on feedback, changing priorities, updated offers, or new information
• Learn and consistently apply established brand voice, terminology, and copy standards
• Manage multiple assignments at once with minimal oversight
• Self-edit and proofread work before submitting

• Excellent copywriting skills with a strong command of grammar, tone, and clarity
• Proven experience writing conversion-focused performance marketing copy
• Strong email marketing experience, including subject lines and preheaders
• PDP writing and product naming experience
• Experience writing promotional and offer-driven copy
• Experience writing for fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to write copy that drives action and conversion without sacrificing brand voice
• Experience writing about sustainability, materials, sourcing, or responsible production is a plus
• Ability to generate multiple strong variations quickly
• A quick study who can learn an established voice and apply it consistently
• Self-sufficient and comfortable taking ownership of assignments from brief through final copy
• Highly adaptable and able to respond well to frequent feedback and changing direction
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-moving environment
• Comfortable balancing multiple deadlines and priorities
