~1 min read- →Assemble precision medical device components and subassemblies using tools, equipment, and approved procedures
- →Follow blueprints, work instructions, and torque specifications to ensure product quality
- →Perform assembly tasks such as gluing, painting, and component bonding
- →Conduct in-process quality checks to maintain compliance and performance standards
- →Troubleshoot assembly processes and workflow issues as needed
- →Maintain accurate documentation and production records within ERP systems
- →Support workflow efficiency, inventory tracking, and preventative maintenance efforts
- →Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- →Meet production, quality, and efficiency targets
- →Cross-train and support additional operations as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of mechanical assembly experience preferred
- Experience in ISO or FDA-regulated environments is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team
Requirements

- Exposure to machinery, hand tools, and chemicals
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (up to 12 hours)
- Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Perform repetitive movements, bending, and twisting
