Responsibilities

→Support travel advisors with inquiries about products, prices, availability, and booking policies.
→Recommend tailored travel solutions and promote relevant upsell opportunities.
→Provide clear, accurate, and timely information during calls and written interactions.
→Manage real-time booking issues and coordinate with internal teams if needed.
→Stay up to date with travel products, seasonal offers, and company guidelines.
→Use sales techniques (upselling, cross-selling) to maximize revenue where appropriate.
→Ensure proper documentation and use of internal systems (e.g., Amadeus, CRM).
→Collaborate with other internal squads for smooth handovers.

Requirements

Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer-oriented mindset and proactive attitude.
Previous experience in sales, travel industry, customer service, or a related field is required.
Knowledge of GDS systems (preferably Amadeus) is desirable.
Starting hour between 18:00-20:000h (Monday to Sunday).
