Responsibilities

→Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into clear, data-driven requirements.
→Analyze data to identify actionable insights and support business decision-making.
→Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analyses.
→Provide clear recommendations based on data analysis and business needs.
→Support project planning, coordination, follow-up, testing, and deployment activities.
→Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
→Prepare and maintain project and functional documentation.
→Act as a bridge between business, IT, data, and AI teams.
→Facilitate workshops and discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
→Support the definition, validation, and implementation of Data, AI, and GenAI use cases.
→Contribute to AI/GenAI adoption and related change-management activities.
→Prepare executive-level PowerPoint presentations with clear narratives, visuals, business impact, and ROI.
→Present data-driven insights to stakeholders and support decision-making and solution adoption.
→Ensure measurable business outcomes from data and AI initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Management, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in data-related projects.
Experience working in project mode, including planning, coordination, testing, and follow-up.
Experience working with cross-functional teams across business, IT, data, and AI.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with Excel, SQL, Power BI, and PowerPoint storytelling.
Experience in the insurance sector is mandatory.
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Databricks is considered an advantage.
