Purpose
The alloClae Specialist is responsible for driving regional growth and expanding market presence through strategic practice development initiatives, including events, social media engagement, and in-office support. This role focuses on achieving defined sales goals and contributing to overall regional performance, with commission tied to total alloClae results across territories in designated region. This position requires extensive travel (Monday-Thursday) and close collaboration with both high-performing representatives to maximize quota attainment and underperforming accounts to generate new business, open accounts, and increase sales volume.
Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales growth by developing and executing strategic territory plans across markets
- Serve as a dedicated resource for representatives carrying expanded alloClae quota, providing hands-on support to drive adoption, utilization, and revenue growth
- Partner with assigned accounts to develop and execute customized practice development plans aligned with company expectations and customer rebate structures
- Lead practice-building activities, including lunch-and-learns, in-office events, and targeted marketing initiatives
- Evaluate and strengthen account execution through ongoing audits, including front-desk engagement (“mystery calls”), in-office marketing presence, website alignment, and social media activity
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with accounts to assess performance, reset goals, and establish actionable plans for continued growth
- Provide interim coverage and sales support for open or vacant territories, ensuring continuity of business and minimizing revenue disruption
- Support onboarding and development of new hires through field training to accelerate product adoption and sales effectiveness
- Develop and expand Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships and reference accounts, with a goal of establishing at least one new reference site per quarter
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to convert resistant or underutilizing accounts, targeting measurable increases in alloClae adoption (i.e., activating a defined number of new accounts per quarter)
- Maintain consistent field presence and execution through extensive weekly travel to support accounts and sales initiatives
- Maintain a working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO Standards, cGMP/CGTP, other relevant regulations/standards, and internal organizational policies and standard operating procedures
- Maintain acceptable attendance and punctuality for scheduled work hours and meetings
- Ensure completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities within defined timeframes
- Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours during weekdays or weekends with reasonable advance notice to support business/operational needs when necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Proven outside sales experience with consistent quota attainment
- Strong new business development and account opening skills
- Ability to identify, target, and convert underperforming or untapped accounts
- Experience executing territory growth strategies across large regions
- Comfortable owning a revenue number tied to regional performance
- Experience leveraging events, social media, and in-office visits to drive demand
- Ability to plan and execute local marketing initiatives that generate leads
- Ability to assess territory performance and prioritize opportunities
- Goal-oriented with strong planning and execution discipline
- High level of resilience, adaptability, and accountability
Qualifications/Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in medical, aesthetics, pharmaceutical, healthcare sales or related field required
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience working with physician offices, clinics, or healthcare practices
- Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and drive product adoption
- Valid driver’s license and ability to cover a multi-state region
- Clearance of favorable background investigation required
